Spring has sprung in full force, and with the beautiful flowers blooming everywhere, there is just as much pollen. That green chalky, dust like substance that has your car covered like a blanket on a baby, can wreck havoc on one's sinuses. Living in the south, I am all too familiar with it. Let's be honest for a minute, spring itself is beautiful because of all the flowers in bloom, the birds are chirping, and the bees are pollinating....but, the pollen itself, absolutely sucks, especially for our sinuses.

Here are 10 Essential Oils to use to help alleviate some of the discomfort and symptoms related to sinus issues.
