Are you feeling stuck in life?
Do you ever feel stuck' in life? Almost as if someone has hit the repeat button on your daily routine, doing the same things day in and day out. You may have even tried to mix it up by doing somethings different here and there, but for the most part, you just feel stuck in a repetitive cycle. You likely feel like you aren't getting anywhere, no matter what you do. I know the feeling all too well, trust me. That feeling in of itself is mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and can be even physically exhausting for some. Tired of craving a change of some sort but, you just don't even know where to start?
Well, what if I told you that you can change things up a bit by using 'the power of numbers' ? I know, I know, it sounds ridiculous. Any levelheaded person would look at someone oddly if they were told that numbers have meanings and actually play a huge role in our lives. However, with an open mind, I ask that you hear me out.
Have you ever heard of "The Power of 27"? As crazy as it sounds, life itself and the entire universe is made up of numbers in some aspect. Numbers are all around us in our every day life, and most, if not all, have a significant meaning in one way or another. If ever you find yourself feeling stuck and finding it hard to initiate change, and you want to create or reinforce personal growth, you can move 27 objects that have not been moved in the past year. I know it may not sound like much, but it does more than you realize. Let me explain.
Why is 27 so significant?
The number 27 is regarded as the premier number in Feng Shui. There is power behind this number. Distilled down to its essence, 27 is associated with manifestation and completion, and whenever we move things, no matter how slight the shift, we disrupt recycled energy patterns in our home. This method, although simple, is a bit more complex than it may appear.
By changing the location of 27 objects, the chi energy that may have been stagnant is forced to move when the objects are moved. Think of the energy as though it were water flowing through your home. When you move objects out of the flow, water will rush to fill in the vacant space. Energy works the same way. Chi energy is the life-force of all things. In order to attract positive energy into your home and life, it must be able to flow naturally throughout your environment, uninterrupted and unblocked.
Which Objects Should You Move?
There are several opinions and beliefs on how to move objects and how to select which ones you should move for this technique. Some Feng Shui Practitioners believe you can simply lift the objects and reset them in their original places. This theory states that it is the simple movement of the space surrounding the object that frees up the chi energy.
Others, like Feng Shui Masters and some Experts believe you need to move the objects to a whole different location. While it doesn’t need to be any more than two or three inches, the objects you choose to move should never be set back in their exact original positions. To do so doesn’t provide enough movement to stimulate the chi energy to effectively move. Simply lifting and lowering the object doesn’t 'unstick' the chi energy lodged there.
Some Experts suggests that you should implement this practice no less than once a month. You can do it weekly if you feel the chi energy hasn’t sufficiently budged. They also recommend that you move furniture, as well as, decorative objects. Again, you can move the furniture a few inches for this method to be effective. So, crank up some music, push the furniture around and dance. Swap out old books on shelves with something new, or rearrange the kitchen cabinets and drawers. Playing music while you work, and doing these things will pull the 'off balance' energy right out of its rut. Moving 27 things generates renewed chi energy.
You could even kick it up a notch by getting rid of 27 things. If clearing clutter feels too challenging for you, it's an evident clue this small, yet impactful endeavor is sure to bring something entirely new into your life.
Making The Necessary Changes~
Chi energy can become stagnant the same way non-moving water will grow stagnant. So, if you feel your life is stuck and can't seem to move forward in the direction you want to, try this technique. If you do it on a regular basis, you may just be surprised how effect it can be in getting things flowing your way once more. Sometimes it is necessary for us to try out new techniques to see what works best, and make the necessary changes in our lives, even if they seem so mundane.
I hope that this has helped give you some tips on how to change up some things in your life to help with the flow of energy, in order to unblock stagnant energy in your home. Give it a try, you never know if it will work for you, unless you try it. What do you have to lose, right?
